The myth i'm referring to is not so much a myth but a story of a man in the Moroccan desert who's Citroen 2CV left him stranded. He decided his only means of escape was to convert it into a motorcycle.

It looks like they destroyed the frame. They have destroyed nice cars in the past, so it wouldn't surprise me. They destroyed probably one of the only clean X1/9's in existence.

Well there's their problem. They used an Italian car. The welds failed before they could even check.
